Table Reservation

Table Reservation Policy:

  1. Reservation Confirmation:

    • Reservations can be made via phone call or online booking via this page.

    • A valid contact number and/or email address must be provided for confirmation purposes.

    • All reservations are subject to availability.

  2. Arrival Time:

    • Guests are kindly requested to arrive on time for their reservation.

    • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur; however, we can only hold reservations for a maximum of 15 minutes past the reserved time.

  3. Wait Time:

    • In the event that a reserved table is not available upon arrival, guests will be placed on a waitlist.

    • Every effort will be made to seat guests as quickly as possible, with an estimated wait time of no more than 15 to 30 minutes.

    • Guests will be notified of any delays and kept informed of their status.

  4. No Show Policy:

    • If guests do not arrive within the allotted 15-minute grace period and have not contacted us to inform about any delays, the reservation may be considered a no-show.

    • In case of a no-show, the restaurant reserves the right to allocate the table to other waiting guests.

  5. Changes and Cancellations:

    • Any changes to the reservation, including cancellations or adjustments to the number of guests, must be communicated to the restaurant at least one hour before the reserved time.

    • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a penalty or loss of reservation privileges for future bookings.

  6. Group Reservations:

    • For groups larger than a certain size (e.g., 8 or more guests), a deposit or prepayment may be required to secure the reservation. Details will be provided upon reservation confirmation.

  7. Special Requests:

    • We will do our best to accommodate any special requests, such as seating preferences or dietary restrictions, but cannot guarantee availability.

  8. Management Discretion:

    • The management reserves the right to refuse or modify reservations, as well as to enforce policies in exceptional circumstances, to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant and the satisfaction of all guests.
