Advance Payment - All reservations must be confirmed with an advance payment. For group bookings of 20 guests or more, advance payment is mandatory.
Reservation Adjustments - Any changes or modifications to the reservation must be communicated to Karachi Grill at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time. Failure to do so may result in charges based on the original booking details.
Preferred Time Slot - The maximum dining time allowed is from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
Cancellation Policy - Guests must inform Karachi Grill at least 7 days prior to the reservation date; otherwise, the advance payment will not be refunded.
Refund & Voucher Policy - No advance payment refunds will be issued. In case of cancellation more than 7 days before the event date, a voucher will be issued instead of a refund.The voucher will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed for future bookings only.
Additional Seating Requests - Any additional seating requirements must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

Please note that cash refunds are not available. If cancellations made 7 days or earlier will receive a voucher valid for 3 months.
