MUST READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE SIGNING THE BOOKING

1. Confirmation and Advance Payment:

   • All bookings require advance payment for confirmation. No refunds will be issued once payment is made.

2. Reservation Changes:

   • Guests must notify Karachi Grill of any changes to their reservation at least 48 hours in advance.

   • Failure to do so may result in charges equivalent to the original booking amount.

3. Bulk Dining:

   • A minimum of 40 adults and 10 children (totaling 60 guests) is required for a full hall booking.

   • Full hall reservations are limited to 3 hours. Extra hours will be charged at 500 AED per hour.

4. Cancellation Policy:

   • Bookings cannot be canceled on the same day.

   • Changes must be communicated at least 10 days before the event date to avoid forfeiture of the advance payment.

5. No-Show Policy:

   • Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation will be charged according to the details on the booking form.

6. Children and Additional Chairs:

   • Children aged 4 and above will be charged.

   • Guests requiring additional chairs must inform Karachi Grill at least 48 hours in advance.

7. Add-ons:

   • Add-ons are only available for groups of 50 guests or more.

   • Additional items will be charged based on the number of guests booked.

8. Beverages:

   • Water, soft drinks, and hot beverages are not included in the buffet menu and will be charged separately.

Reservation Cancellations:

• In the event of a cancellation more than 10 days before the event date, guests are eligible for a refund, minus a 30% reservation fee. The exact amount of the reservation fee will be communicated at the time of booking.

• Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to manager@karachigrilluae.com.

I acknowledge that my reservation is not guaranteed until this contract is signed by both parties and the deposit is received.
