Terms and Conditions:

1.⁠ ⁠Advance Payment:

All reservations must be confirmed with an advance payment. For group bookings of 20 guests or more, advance payment is mandatory.

2.⁠ ⁠Reservation Adjustments:

Any changes or modifications to the booking must be communicated to Karachi Grill at least 48 hours prior to the reservation time. Failure to do so may result in charges based on the original booking details.

3.⁠ ⁠Preferred Time Slot:

Maximum dining time allowed is 6 pm to 9 pm

4.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Policy:

• Guests must inform Karachi Grill at least 7 days prior to the reservation date to avoid forfeiture of the advance payment.

• No Advance refunds will be issued. In case of cancellation more than 7 days before the event date, a voucher will be issued instead of a refund.

• The voucher will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed for future bookings only.

• Additional Seating Requests:

Any additional seating requirements must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellation Terms:

Any cancellation must be informed directly to the booking representative at least 7 days prior to the reservation date.

Please note that no cash refunds will be issued. In case of cancellation more than 7 days before the booking date, a voucher valid for 3 months will be provided.
